I was fortunate to work with Matt while at ECCO. He is an exceptional sales leader. Matt is excellent at developing business relationships with a variety of personalities in different channel segments, and then using his strong business acumen to grow their business as well as his own.
 
From an HR perspective, his team is fortunate to have such an astute business leader that takes the time to invest in their development and give them the guidance and coaching they needed to become successful themselves. Matt has the ability to hand-pick talent that has high potential and then develop them to become future leaders.
 
During my tenure, Matt was selected to be in a prestigious global development program for key employees around the world. Matt was chosen because of his future potential in the organization as well as his own desire to grow professionally. Matt was one of the clear leaders in the development program.
